Turtles back on Teirio!!

This video was taken Saturday 23rd May, 2009. Gladly enough, one mother turtle decided to pay Teirio a visit to give birth to her young.

It is still not yet known how often these turtles return to lay eggs. The previous visit was a few months back and one thing is certain, this generation will return again to lay eggs on Teirio if they survive long enough and when their time is right

A longer version (video) of the young leaving Teirio is still currently being uploaded.

Welcome and Mauri to Teirio!!

Teirio is an islet on Abaiang which used to be frequently visited by many brave tourists and expatriates way before the establishment of Teirio.com! Boat access is easy at any time and the surrounding coral reef are perfect for snorkelling on an excellent sunny day.

Rates

Our rates range from: $150 per night per person. This includes cost of transportation to and from Tarawa.
